It’s summer. No more explanation is needed. Like when I — or you — say to someone, “I’ve got a thing.” It’s inherently not to be questioned. It’s the whole reason you chose to say the words in that order — “I’ve got a thing” — the vagueness implicitly tells you not to ask. You just go with it.

You’re busy. Or you’re lazy. Doesn’t matter. “It’s summer.” Say no more.

So I thought it would be helpful to just tell you what to watch based on the shows I’ve written about recently, which frees you up from any guilt or responsibility if you somehow incredulously, ridiculously and callously have not read those posts.
