So, either the Two Episode Test doesn't work for all shows (spoiler: it doesn't) or this show needs to get funnier. But I'll keep watching to see.

Well, that didn’t go as I expected or hoped.

But before getting into my much anticipated and delayed dive into the HBO Max series “Our Flag Mean's Death” — which I was sort of breathlessly waiting to watch after the trailer and then, once it appeared, was busy with other things — can I mention another fantastic side benefit of not being just a TV critic anymore? OK, good, because I was going to tell you anyway. It’s this: I’m joyously disconnected, which allows me to post — on April 18 — a gushing (Re)View of “People Of Earth” …

…and then be able to un-ironically toss up, on April 25, this “Our Flag Means Death” post without knowing that David Jenkins, who created the former also created the latter. Ah, if only I was really that organized and planned so efficiently and thoughtfully.
