Somewhere between critical darling and entertaining juggernaut lies “Peaky Blinders,” a show with brilliant performances and wonderful writing, snaking through implausibility, resting sometimes too long on the singular traits of characters rather than expanding them, but never once being boring, even if there seemed to be louder music, more theatricality and fireworks as the train pulled into the station for the last time in season six.
