I hadn’t seen “The French Connection” since I was too young to appreciate it. I don’t even remember where I first saw it. As for “The Exorcist,” all I can say is I was way too young when I saw it and all these decades later I can’t unsee it. I hate horror movies, even great ones.
But William Friendkin’s death got me thinking about “The French Connection”…
