I've only managed to slog my way through about the first half of the first episode of 3 Body Problem, and I'm not feeling much desire to flounder back in. I'll have to check if Netflix has pushed The Signal my way. Netflix really wants me to watch The Gentlemen, and now that I know Giancarlo Esposito is in it, I'm more likely to give it a look
My husband is German and his Dutch buddy recommended a new German show to him. I wonder if it’s this one. I will definitely lobby heavily for us to watch it together.

I am enjoying it immensely, and agree with you about Sanada, he is simply a treasure and grounds the show so beautifully. And once I stopped expecting Cosmo Jarvis to be Richard Chamberlain, he's growing on me. I remember loving the book and the tv show, and Chamberlain was a big deal heart throb at the time. In the Thorn Birds mini series he was the original Hot Priest!
